Public Policy Discussion with
Former Congressmen Tom Davis and Martin Frost
Authors of The Partisan Divide: Congress in Crisis
Mr. Davis and Mr. Frost will lead a discussion with Council members
about the how "the partisan divide" in Congress has and will impact the homeland security legislative and policy agenda, and offer insights into their bipartisan plan to make Congress more functional. Signed copies of their book will be available for sale. Immediately following, we will hold our Reception.
